The room had great amenities like a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet with a view of the city.

I was traveling to Civitavecchia for short stay. Sweet and wonderful staff, helped me a lot. The hotel was placed in the central location in the middle of jackson. Moreover, it's very close to the port as well as train station.

There was something as elevator missing.

The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with amenities like a fridge, microwave, and electric kettle. The wifi was excellent and the smart TV allowed for easy streaming. Isabella, the host, was fantastic with her communication and English skills. we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the port and within walking distance of the train station and sea port. the room is small but well equipped, with plenty of electrical outlets, good closet space, and a well-controlled lighting system. the room also offers a small fridge, microwave, and electric kettle, with complimentary snacks, tea. the host, Isabella, is excellent at communication and provides detailed instructions and recommendations.

There were some noise issues due to nearby bars and restaurants. One of the businesses played loud music until late at night, which could be disruptive for some guests.

The free wi-fi was excellent, allowing for streaming on the flat-screen TV. The spotless cleanliness and impeccable maintenance of the room were impressive. Isabella, our excellent host, was extremely helpful before our arrival, with her flawless English making communication a breeze. Highly recommended!

One downside was that the room had a few steps, so it may not be suitable for those needing level access. Also, there were some bar/restaurants in the street below our room, so there was occasional noise from music and patrons.
